Who we are

Ormanus is a trading name of Nancy Seto, based in the United Kingdom. For anything about your personal information, email nancy@ormanus.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, business name if you give it, and whatever you write in your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you choose to work with us, to deliver that work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (answering your enquiry) and, where we agree a project, contract.

Who else sees it

Form messages are delivered by a form service (Web3Forms) and our email provider. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. Confidential information is never put into public AI tools without your agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking pixels.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
